Improve Your Life Workshops are presented by
Venerable Thubten Choden. Ven. Choden is a
Buddhist Nun and has Diplomas in Community
Services and Professional Counselling, as well as
a Diploma in Mental Health Work and has
studied Psychology 101 and 102.
She also has extensive experience in group
workshops and courses.
